When it comes to decorating your home, you may want to go with a slim artificial Christmas tree. There are a variety of reasons why people choose this type of tree, but they all have one thing in common: they want something slim and tall that doesn’t take up too much space. Luckily, there are several ways to create such a tree using paper.
Decorative Paper Trees
One way to make an artificial Christmas tree is by using decorative paper. The most common type is crepe paper because it’s inexpensive and available in many colors and patterns. To create this type of tree, simply wrap the crepe paper around a cardboard base that has been cut into the shape of your tree trunk. Then start wrapping from the top down until all of the branches are covered with paper. Once this is done, use hot glue or staples to secure the ends together so they don’t unravel over time.

You can use wrapping paper, tissue paper or newspaper. All of these are easy to find at your local dollar store or craft store.
The first thing you need to do is cut the paper into strips that are long enough to wrap around the base of your tree. The width of the strips will depend on how wide your tree is and how much room you have for them to overlap each other.
Then you’ll want to glue them onto the base of your tree with hot glue or another type of adhesive. Make sure that you don’t put too much glue on each strip or it will be difficult for you to cover all of it up with more strips later on.
After you have glued all of your paper strips onto the tree’s base, it’s time for step two: covering up all of those visible spots between each strip with more strips! This time, however, instead of gluing them onto the base directly, we’re going to wrap them around the existing ones and then glue them together after they’re all in place. It’s recommended that you use double-sided tape instead of hot glue so that everything stays in place.

1. Start with a piece of paper and roll it into a cone shape. Then secure the cone by cutting off the bottom of the cone so you can tape it down to your table.
2. Next, cut out snowflakes and other shapes from pieces of paper and use them to cover your tree. You can leave some spaces open for lights or other decorations if you want.
3. Use some glue to seal up any gaps between the different pieces of paper on your tree so that no light can shine through them. If you’re using glue, try using double-sided tape instead so that the glue won’t show through the sides of your tree when it’s finished!
4. Finally, decorate your tree using stickers or other decorations!
